Assistant Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead account relationship management and execute commercial strategies for the Display Technologies segment
• Develop and maintain multi-level, multi-function customer relations and publish customer profiles
• Create detailed account and sales plans to achieve sales objectives and identify market opportunities/risks
• Support senior account managers in sales operations, order management, and capacity planning
• Coordinate with Application Engineers to expand product offerings and communicate technology roadmaps
• Resolve customer issues promptly by organizing internal resources and tracking resolution progress
• Provide accurate short-term and long-term forecasts to the Division team

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in IT, Engineering, Material Science, or Business (technical degree preferred)
• 5-8 years of sales or customer management experience
• Proven experience within the IT, Semiconductor, Hi-tech, or LCD industries
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
• Strong PowerPoint and oral presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective customer relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Experience working within an international company
• Basic knowledge of the LCD or semiconductor industry
• Strong understanding of commercial transaction processes
• Experience engaging with stakeholders from junior levels to VP/President levels
