Assistant Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing and renewal process, including drafting and preparing client renewal proposals
• Process policy endorsements accurately and in a timely manner
• Issue certificates of insurance, evidences of coverage, and ID cards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping systems, databases, and client records
• Process non-pay cancellations and assist in resolving billing-related issues
• Provide exceptional customer service by managing client needs through timely resolution
• Assist with general administrative and miscellaneous duties as needed

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required
• 1+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to anticipate client needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agency management systems and carrier portals
