Responsibilities
- Assist account managers with administrative tasks throughout the certification process
- Prepare decision letters and certificates
- Handle the edition of certificates
- Process and record invoices
- Process and record audit reports completed by auditors before decision making
- Participate in process improvement projects involving methods, tools, or educational materials
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bac +2 degree in administrative management
- Proficiency with IT tools such as Excel or other data management software
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Methodical, rigorous, and team-oriented mindset
