Asset Transition Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Project manage asset transitions, including liaising with investment managers, administrators, legal advisers, and trustees
• Develop and maintain transition project plans and review fund mapping proposals
• Calculate estimated and actual transaction costs and recommend suitable transition approaches
• Manage the relationship with LifeSight’s platform provider and monitor service levels
• Act as a subject matter expert for asset transition aspects in tender responses and pitches
• Coordinate fund changes and manage requirements from all impacted parties

Requirements

• Previous experience in DC pensions within a project management capacity
• Proven experience managing asset transitions
• Broad understanding of master trust operational and product aspects
• Knowledge of pension administration processes and investment transition approaches
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
