Asset Servicing - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Manage income event claim processing for EMEA & WHEM Markets to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to manage payable and receivable claims, including market fails and manufactured income.
• Validate claims processing and settle with counterparties while maintaining strict controls and compliance.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards to maintain accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with global teams to perform root cause reviews and remediate operational issues.
• Maintain a strong controls environment by documenting processes to ensure audit readiness.
• Provide leadership through goal setting, staff performance evaluation, and succession planning.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Asset Servicing.
• Deep background in Income and Corporate Actions.
• Analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex operational issues.
• Proven ability to partner with internal teams, clients, custodians, and third-party service providers.
• Capability to manage tight delivery timelines and execute strategic change initiatives.
