Asset Servicing Senior Manager Vice President

Responsibilities

• Manage the reconciliation and processing of positions related to Corporate Action and Proxy events
• Oversee revisions of communications, notifications, and facilitate postings for relevant events
• Lead technology and non-technology projects, as well as financial and business initiatives
• Build and maintain key relationships across all levels of the organization
• Monitor project status and communicate associated risks to key stakeholders
• Manage team deliverables, timeliness, and performance evaluations
• Provide regular status reports, including current actions, tasks, and documentation
• Assess risk in business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation and ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6-10 years of professional experience in a related field
• Subject matter expertise in asset servicing or a related functional area
• Proven people management experience, including hiring and performance management
• Senior-level experience in a related operational role

• Master's degree
• Spanish language proficiency
