Asset Servicing Product Management Governance and Control Officer

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain the Asset Servicing Product Management operating model
• Establish governance forums, decision rights, and execution cadence across Product teams
• Lead the product and product expansion governance framework, including evaluation criteria and approval processes
• Ensure all product lifecycle activities comply with enterprise risk, regulatory, and control requirements
• Act as the primary Product Management contact for Audit, RCSA, and control reviews
• Serve as the Product Management liaison to Enterprise Change Management (ECM)
• Drive alignment across Product, Sales, and Enablement functions through stakeholder management

Requirements

• Significant experience in financial services, ideally within Asset Servicing or Product Management
• Strong knowledge of product operating models, governance frameworks, and lifecycle management
• Proven experience working with risk, audit, and regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to partner across Product, Technology, Operations, and Control functions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience supporting enterprise change initiatives and governance processes
