Asset Servicing Associate Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the reconciliation and processing of positions related to Corporate Action events
• Facilitate communications, notifications, and postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events
• Ensure client instructions are executed efficiently and timely within established guidelines
• Oversee income collections, disbursements, and the payment of income
• Research and respond to inquiries to maintain high-quality service standards
• Perform root cause analysis on operational issues
• Participate in compliance activities related to procedures and internal controls
• Assess risk appropriately to safeguard the firm, its clients, and its assets

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in financial services
• Experience in income collections or security services
• Knowledge of Equity securities, Fixed Income, and Asset Backed securities
• Basic understanding of cash flows, accounting treatments, and market practices
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
