Asset Servicing and Trades Manager II

Responsibilities

• Lead daily processing for mandatory corporate actions, including entitlements, cash and stock disbursements, and beneficiary holdings disclosure reporting.
• Ensure timely completion of control checkpoints, reconciliations, and transaction processing to meet strict deadlines.
• Review procedures and update processes to reduce operational risk and improve the operating environment.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Client Service, Product, and Relationship Management stakeholders.
• Analyze complex data to identify anomalies and drive effective, risk-aware resolutions.
• Manage high volumes of queries and escalations, providing clear updates on status and deadlines.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements, including automation opportunities.
• Coach and support team members to maintain high quality, accuracy, and accountability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience with proven day-to-day operations processing experience.
• Experience supporting multiple process changes and enhancement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in custody or investment bank asset servicing (income or corporate actions) transaction processing.
• Experience performing reconciliation and exception management in a high-volume environment.
• Experience performing UAT testing for new or enhanced applications.
• Exposure to automation or analytics tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or UiPath.
• Experience producing operational metrics and management reporting.
