About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules for remediation and decommissioning activities, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
- Coordinate environmental initiatives at Asset Retirement sites, focusing on site assessments and remediation activities.
- Collaborate with data and reporting technologists to track site metrics, remediation progress, and closeout deliverables.
- Support project managers in communicating with external partners and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Ensure all site activities comply with applicable environmental regulations, company policies, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement by utilizing lessons learned and site data to standardize procedures and playbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in remediation or decommissioning project management, preferably in the oil & gas or industrial sector.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, remediation technologies, and project controls.
- Proficiency with digital project management tools and environmental data tracking systems.
- Fluency with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for optimizing tasks such as data reviews and report generation.
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects concurrently across different geographic regions.
