Asset Protection Specialist

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors with warmth and positivity to set the brand vibe
• Manage guest check-in with professionalism and compliance
• Provide concierge-level support by answering questions and directing traffic
• Monitor store entry/exit, perimeters, and premises to ensure safety
• De-escalate situations using empathy, tact, and clear communication
• Support emergency procedures including fire and evacuation response
• Conduct visual inspections to maintain a hazard-free environment
• Foster relationships with store teams, leadership, and customers
• Share insights on safety concerns and security risks with the team

Requirements

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass all required background checks and cannabis employment requirements
• Valid driver's license or state ID
• Ability to remain alert and mobile for extended periods
• Ability to move inventory weighing up to 30 pounds
• Proficiency with POS systems and office productivity software

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with compliance technology
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience
• Strong commitment to hospitality-focused service
