Asset Protection Specialist

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors with warmth and positivity to set the brand vibe
• Manage guest check-in with professionalism and compliance
• Provide concierge-level support by answering questions and directing traffic
• Monitor premises, including entry/exit and perimeters, to ensure safety
• De-escalate situations using empathy, tact, and clear communication
• Support team members with safety, cleanliness, and guest flow
• Respond urgently to safety, security, or compliance incidents
• Conduct visual inspections per SOPs to maintain a hazard-free environment
• Foster relationships and trust with store teams and customers
• Support training of new team members

Requirements

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Must pass all required background checks and cannabis industry requirements
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license or state ID
• Ability to remain alert and mobile for extended periods
• Ability to move inventory weighing up to 30 pounds
• Comfortable standing or walking for the duration of a shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with POS systems or compliance technology
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience
