Asset Protection Associate

Responsibilities

• Verify unsafe conditions and acts within facilities to prevent accidents, theft, damage, and fraud
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to mitigate risks for customers and associates
• Promote awareness regarding safety, shrinkage prevention, and operational deficiencies among staff
• Maintain daily communication with department leadership and store management regarding internal and external investigations
• Prepare incident reports using handheld devices (TC52)
• Follow Merchandise Protection Standards (MPS) guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and wear required safety equipment and uniforms

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent (Secundaria terminada)
• Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts
• Experience in customer service and auditing
• Physical ability to lift and move loads and walk long distances
