Asset Production Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline production from the initial bid stage through to commissioning and installation.
• Analyze technical data from welding coordinators and coating engineers to determine equipment requirements for each project phase.
• Issue Material Take Offs (MTO) for offshore production welding and coating equipment, including periphery tools.
• Coordinate the delivery of equipment consumables between the Project, Assets, and shipping departments.
• Organize and represent the project during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with suppliers and assets.
• Monitor welding equipment certification, consumption of consumables, and spare parts usage.
• Manage budgets for welding equipment, spare parts, and equipment mobilization.
• Coordinate technical training programs and activities for welding and coating technicians.

Requirements

• Fluency in the English language.
• Strong technical knowledge of welding equipment and coating equipment.
• Experience in issuing Material Take Offs (MTO).
• Proven ability to organize and manage Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
• Experience in budget management related to technical equipment and consumables.
