About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Asset Management Plan and procedures in accordance with the CLCM contract
- Deliver and maintain the integrated Asset Management Services Master Schedule
- Direct the Reliability program, Maintenance Requirements Determination (MRD) program, and Maintenance Effectiveness program
- Oversee the development of Life Cycle Cost analyses and asset optimization studies to reduce costs while maintaining reliability
- Build and facilitate collaborative relationships with stakeholders within the Asset Class Enterprise (ACE)
- Drive enterprise risk management, assurance activities, and capability innovation initiatives
- Ensure appropriate resource availability to deliver all required outcomes within the CLCM contract
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a recognized related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the Defence domain
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime sustainment, including ILS and LSA optimization
- Expertise with the DSwMS Framework, Administration, and Technical Integrity of Maritime Materiel
- Proven experience in Contract Management, Risk Management, and Financial Control
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-discipline teams
- Must hold and maintain an active Baseline Defence Security Clearance
