Asset Optimisation Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Asset Management Plan and procedures in accordance with the CLCM contract
• Deliver and maintain the integrated Asset Management Services Master Schedule
• Direct the Reliability program, Maintenance Requirements Determination (MRD) program, and Maintenance Effectiveness program
• Oversee the development of Life Cycle Cost analyses and asset optimization studies to reduce costs while maintaining reliability
• Build and facilitate collaborative relationships with stakeholders within the Asset Class Enterprise (ACE)
• Drive enterprise risk management, assurance activities, and capability innovation initiatives
• Ensure appropriate resource availability to deliver all required outcomes within the CLCM contract

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a recognized related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the Defence domain
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime sustainment, including ILS and LSA optimization
• Expertise with the DSwMS Framework, Administration, and Technical Integrity of Maritime Materiel
• Proven experience in Contract Management, Risk Management, and Financial Control
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-discipline teams
• Must hold and maintain an active Baseline Defence Security Clearance
