Asset Manager - Purchasing

Responsibilities

• Support the procurement, management, and installation of software and technology-related hardware assets.
• Monitor and respond to internal or external inquiries and service requests.
• Receive and process purchased or returned equipment and assets.
• Track equipment inventory and deployed assets throughout the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Execute processes for asset disposal and manage warranty and repair-related tasks.
• Perform data entry in software systems and audit work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage asset stock across multiple locations to ensure availability for orders and projects.
• Coordinate equipment installation for new locations and moves.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of combined higher education and related work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain, procurement, supplier management, or asset management.
• At least 3 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience specifically in the procurement of software or technology-related hardware.
