Asset Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure homes meet Pacaso Home Standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality
• Conduct routine inspections, system validations, and seasonal preparedness planning
• Manage end-to-end work order oversight across internal maintenance and vendor partners
• Manage recurring service vendors including cleaning, pool, landscape, and HVAC
• Serve as the asset-level steward for capital projects and major repair initiatives
• Partner with Owner Experience on escalated or complex owner issues
• Review and approve home-level invoices and complete month-end budget-to-actual reviews
• Maintain accurate documentation across inspections and work orders

Requirements

• 4–7+ years in property management, hospitality operations, or asset management
• Strong experience with vendor oversight and maintenance coordination
• Working knowledge of home systems such as WiFi, HVAC, smart home tech, and pools
• Highly organized and able to operate independently
• Located in Palm Springs, California
