Asset Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational asset management for Real Estate, Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, and Collectibles.
• Serve as the central interface for internal asset reporting and external stakeholders, including issuing companies, insurance providers, and appraisers.
• Develop and implement sustainable asset strategies aimed at long-term value appreciation and investor profitability.
• Perform ongoing asset valuation (DCF), yield and economic feasibility calculations, and revaluation calculations.
• Prepare budgets, business plans, and reports, while maintaining continuous asset controlling.
• Monitor asset and portfolio performance through KPI tracking, risk monitoring, and performance analysis.
• Oversee the full asset lifecycle from acquisition through to refinancing, restructuring, or exit strategies.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional fluency in both German and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Structured, proactive, and independent work style with excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with stakeholders.

• Initial professional experience in the real estate industry, the collectibles sector, or the financial industry.
