Asset Manager - Electrical Infrastructure and Equipment

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Electrical Infrastructure and Equipment assets including onboarding, maintenance, and decommissioning
• Maintain accurate asset records in Salesforce and related business systems
• Develop and improve asset management processes, controls, and standard operating procedures
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Service teams
• Monitor asset performance, utilization, warranty coverage, and subscription status
• Supervise assigned functional team and monitor performance
• Perform regular asset audits and reconcile records to ensure data integrity
• Create dashboards and reports to provide insight into asset status and performance trends

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in asset management, operations, or order management
• Experience managing asset lifecycle data, subscriptions, or warranties
• Strong experience with Salesforce or similar asset tracking platforms
• Ability to build reports and analyze data trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel
• Experience in EV, energy, solar, or infrastructure industries preferred
