Asset Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, asset storage, and inventory workflows for Data Center Infrastructure and Services.
• Oversee asset operations including receiving, transfers, stock distribution, RMA, and decommissioning at data centers and warehouses.
• Lead and assist regional IDC logistics and inventory management teams, including managing data center logistics contractors.
• Act as the point of escalation for supply chain operational matters and influence cross-functional teams to improve process gaps.
• Support last-mile delivery operations by facilitating communication with LSPs, suppliers, and integrators.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Network, Security, and Platform teams to maintain asset accuracy and analyze discrepancies between physical and financial records.
• Support auditing processes and lead cycle count activities to ensure adherence to financial and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• Proven experience in Data Center and Infrastructure environments.
• Extensive experience in Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to direct operational activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a technical or business field.
• Experience with specific data center hardware, such as servers and network equipment.
• Experience managing asset management contractors for daily operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to query data sources and derive insights from complex datasets.
