About the Company

Novaxia is an investment group specializing in urban recycling, transforming empty or obsolete buildings into programs adapted to new uses such as housing, mixed-use developments, hotels, and life sciences assets. The group combines real estate expertise with sustainable savings to reshape cities and promote environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Create internal and external real estate and financial communication materials
• Model various valuation strategies established with Asset Managers
• Periodically update business plans for buildings and funds
• Analyze and update general documentation regarding buildings (technical, legal, fiscal data)
• Assemble data rooms for asset disposals in coordination with various stakeholders
• Participate in the commercialization process for vacant premises (mandates, lease drafting)
• Contribute to the development of a database to refine asset and market analysis
• Support the digitalization of the department

Requirements

• Currently pursuing higher education (Business School, Engineering School, University, or Specialized Real Estate Master's)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Highly organized with strong analytical capabilities and rigor
• Proactive mindset and ability to propose new ideas
• Passion for real estate and working with numbers
