Asset Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of mobile assets from acquisition through retirement
• Coordinate procurement, vendor relationships, and contract terms for equipment
• Track asset utilization, performance, location, warranty, and depreciation
• Optimize asset availability and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Partner with Operations, Fleet, Finance, and Safety teams to support business needs
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reporting on asset performance and lifecycle costs
• Support process improvements and special projects related to asset sustainability and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in asset management, fleet management, operations, or logistics
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, maintenance programs, and compliance
• Experience using asset management or fleet tracking systems
• Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to support multiple locations
