Asset Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence and feasibility assessments for leased hotel projects
• Review investment feasibility reports for hotel renovations
• Conduct market research and compile business intelligence
• Assist in the preparation of project approval documents
• Support corporate asset management tasks and portfolio reporting
• Provide assistance on special strategic projects and financial modelling
• Maintain and update databases
• Prepare presentations for building owner meetings and internal committees

Requirements

• Eligible to work in Belgium
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
• Proficiency in English and excellent writing skills
• Working knowledge of financial concepts and statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Understanding of corporate finance principles
