Asset Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an innovative asset management system to optimize Boeing's facilities and infrastructure performance.
• Integrate life cycle management tasks including strategy development, asset condition assessment, maintenance, and risk management.
• Partner with subject matter experts to enhance a centrally aligned asset inventory to reduce costs and align with business objectives.
• Define required levels of service for infrastructure systems and implement assessment programs.
• Develop and analyze business cases for major activities and conduct feasibility studies.
• Support budget and business plan development and analyze trend data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Travel domestically up to 25% as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, engineering, and maintenance practices across facilities and infrastructure systems.
• 5+ years of experience with technical governance, policy, and asset management.
• 5+ years of experience in ISO-Standards project management activities.
• 3+ years of experience working with quality management systems including ISO9001 and AS91001.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects using standard tools such as MS Project or Gantt charts.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, IBM Cognos).
• 3+ years of experience developing strategic long-range business plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading projects requiring integration across multiple business units.
• 5+ years of experience applying the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) Competences Framework.
• 5+ years of experience prioritizing strategic capital and operating expense business plans.
