Asset Management Program Associate (Digital Assets)

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess blockchain and Web3 innovation opportunities within Asset Management, developing business cases and supporting execution.
• Define and deliver solutions in collaboration with product, engineering, compliance, operations, and legal teams.
• Engage with business lines to understand operations, commercial drivers, and client needs.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to educate them on blockchain technology and its business potential.
• Support partnerships with external companies, vendors, and startups on joint innovation initiatives.
• Present ideas and solutions to senior management and clients, tailoring messaging to diverse audiences.
• Stay informed of Web3 market trends, technology developments, and client demand.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional work experience.
• Solid understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and the Web3 ecosystem.
• Knowledge of financial markets.
• Exceptional ability to learn new concepts and become a subject matter expert in complex operational models.
• Outstanding verbal and written presentation skills with the ability to create visually impactful presentations.
• Execution-focused, action-oriented, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering financial or software products to market, specifically those achieving scale or impact.
• Background in Asset Management, Markets, Investment Banking, Treasury Services, or Securities Services.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and challenge established norms in large organizations.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and an empathetic, user-centered approach to design.
