Asset Management Professional

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer repair process by collecting and entering data into SAP daily and coordinating shipping and receiving.
• Identify process improvements regarding MRO/repair processes with a focus on plant reliability.
• Conduct critical asset analysis to assist maintenance with predictive and preventative maintenance strategies.
• Work with OEMs and repair facilities to identify probable causes of failure and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide consultative services including gathering product data, creating metrics reports, and developing customer KPI reports.
• Monitor equipment trends and provide recommendations for using predictive maintenance technologies.
• Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and fault tree analysis (FTA).
• Optimize spares and manage inventory levels, failure trends, and obsolescence.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand for at least an eight-hour period.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience working within Microsoft Excel, including maintaining complex spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with working within an ERP system software environment.
• Willingness to pursue a Six Sigma Yellow Belt within the first year of employment.
• Ability to travel overnight occasionally for business and training.
