Asset Management Professional

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site maintenance and operations (MRO) to reduce costs and increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) detailing process flows and operational requirements
• Manage on-site project work by coordinating with engineering teams and internal/external suppliers
• Track repairable inventory and apply associated warranty programs
• Implement migration, rationalization, and standardization strategies to reduce MRO inventory asset value
• Reduce MRO stock duplication and obsolescence
• Provide monthly financial reports and source new purchases via consignment
• Collaborate with plant management, engineering, and purchasing departments to create maintenance efficiency plans
• Improve reliability of spare repairable assets using vendor capabilities

Requirements

• BSc or BEng Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or project management
• Full working proficiency in both German and English
• Proven experience working within production, engineering, and maintenance environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in Asset Management
• Experience in customer account management
