Asset Management - Portfolio & Performance Analysis - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Oversee a broad spectrum of performance measurement and attribution calculations.
• Lead strategic infrastructure initiatives to implement best-in-class solutions for stakeholders.
• Interpret results and produce attribution commentary for various portfolio strategies, including long/short duration, emerging markets, and high yield.
• Provide regular and bespoke risk and return analysis to portfolio managers and investment specialists.
• Monitor data quality and perform comparisons between internal and external computations.
• Develop relationships across the organization, including Portfolio Managers, Middle Office, and Client Reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of experience in Performance and Attribution measurement.
• Strong understanding of fixed income products, including structured products and derivatives.
• Deep knowledge of asset management products, portfolio accounting principles, and performance methodologies.
• Established quantitative skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to influence business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA or CIPM designation.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Proficiency with issue resolution and root cause analysis.
• Extensive experience specifically within fixed income products.
