Asset Management Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute asset management plans involving engine acquisition, teardown, and part sales
• Manage asset transactions including deal coordination, due diligence, and financial modelling
• Coordinate teardown programs, repair management, and parts sales operations
• Monitor turnaround time, cost, and quality metrics to optimize inventory management
• Prepare reports and dashboards on asset utilization, revenue, and profitability
• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to junior colleagues
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and aviation regulations

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in aviation asset management, engine/component sales, or MRO operations
• 3-5 years of experience mentoring or coordinating teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Expertise in asset valuation, teardown management, and parts trading
• Proficiency in financial modelling and commercial analysis
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations and OEM maintenance programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in Asset Management or Aviation Leasing
