Asset Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Support administrative tasks within the Retail Asset Management group
• Manage warehouse administrative records and maintain asset registration lists
• Identify physical assets and prepare asset movements for accounting (between service stations and warehouse entries/exits)
• Assist in preparing for asset inventories and disposals
• Support the evaluation of inventory results and prepare statements

Requirements

• Active or passive university student status
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Analytical thinking skills
• Reliable, independent, and precise work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in Budapest or Százhalombatta

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge of SAP
