Asset Management Business Management Associate

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to Business and Group Heads, driving key initiatives and mitigating business risks.
• Provide high-level responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests regarding project management, business analysis, and presentation development.
• Create compelling management presentations, reports, and dashboards using advanced Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
• Project manage key work streams and coordinate team activities, including town halls and strategy sessions.
• Identify platform business risks and drive the resolution of mitigating controls.
• Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.
• Collaborate with global managers to simplify and improve existing business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a Business Management or COO role.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reporting for diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to drive an agenda.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
