Asset Management Associate

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational development program designed to build expertise across various business functions.
• Support diverse departments including Marketing, Client Service, Internal Sales, RFP, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Legal & Compliance.
• Execute tasks such as content creation, client onboarding support, financial reporting, and due diligence.
• Collaborate with global teams to support daily investment processes and business integration projects.
• Develop exceptional operational, business development, and analytical skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree demonstrating a strong academic background.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in an operational or finance role within a professional setting.
• Strong analytical and logical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A demonstrable interest and passion for the finance or investment management industry.
• Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, 5 days per week.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones to support global business operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrable technical development skills or an innate interest in leveraging technology to improve business processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
