Asset & Logistics Lead

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of tools, equipment, and assigned assets across warehouse locations and active jobsites
• Monitor asset utilization and location to ensure visibility and accountability
• Conduct regular audits and inventory verification activities
• Coordinate the movement of tools, equipment, and other assets between jobsites and warehouse locations
• Schedule and manage pickups, deliveries, transfers, and returns
• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse activity related to tools and equipment
• Coordinate staging and preparation of assets for deployment to jobsites
• Identify opportunities to improve asset management, logistics, and inventory control processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or asset management
• Experience coordinating asset movement and equipment allocation across multiple locations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with inventory, warehouse, or asset tracking software
• Forklift certification
