Asset Lead (Director), Oncology Outcomes Research

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Global Franchise strategies, including real-world evidence, to communicate the value proposition for the oncology portfolio.
• Develop and execute asset-specific Global and US Regional health outcomes strategies.
• Oversee a team of Outcomes Researchers, providing coaching, mentoring, and technical direction to deliver impactful results.
• Strategically communicate and influence internal and external collaborators across Global Medical Affairs and other key business units.
• Oversee the development of research plans for specific assets.
• Participate in internal review and governance meetings to ensure the scientific rigor of all sponsored research.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum of a Master's Degree.
• Expert knowledge of epidemiological and health outcomes methodology at an international level.
• In-depth expertise in real-world research methods and HEOR projects, including pharmacoepidemiologic models.
• Scientific expertise in oncology and knowledge of diverse data sources.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree (MS, MPH, PhD) in health economics, epidemiology, outcomes research, or related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of success in developing and leading teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and shifting priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
