Asset Finance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets by engaging and managing Small Business customers through the application process
• Contact and nurture relationships with commercial lending partners
• Articulate the Funding Options by Tide proposition and various finance products to customers
• Develop in-depth knowledge of invoice finance and the wider lender market
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information within Salesforce
• Monitor industry trends, market competition, and customer profile data to identify new opportunities

Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue-based targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented work ethic with high attention to detail and drive
• Strong customer service focus and obsession with delivering a 5-star experience
• Highly organized and analytical with the ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work backwards from targets to ensure execution
