Asset Based Finance Transaction Management Vice President

Responsibilities

• Direct transaction processes including reviewing due diligence and legal documentation
• Manage licensing and filing requirements for transactions and deal participants
• Review asset eligibility and standardize transaction template forms
• Aid in closing credit financings, securitization transactions, and other business arrangements
• Coordinate with third-party relationships including diligence providers, underwriters, custodians, rating agencies, trustees, and external counsel
• Provide insights on program improvements and orchestrate efficiencies in transaction cycle workflows
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across legal, ESG, tax, KYC, and compliance teams

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Membership in good standing in a state Bar
• Minimum of 4 years of experience
• Experience in financings, securitization, and capital markets transactions
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory policy issues affecting securities and ABS, MBS, and CMBS markets
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a major law firm or corporate law department
