Asset and Wealth Management Audit Manager (Vice President)

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements covering Asset & Wealth Management functions, including risk assessment, planning, testing, and control evaluation.
• Modernize audit testing by utilizing advanced technology and data-driven methods to improve quality and efficiency.
• Draft audit reports and manage the follow-up and verification process for issue closure.
• Collaborate with global Audit colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure seamless audit coverage across the firm.
• Manage assigned audit work to meet specific timeframes and budget targets while adhering to professional standards.
• Maintain a business culture that encourages integrity, excellence, and innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum MBA degree.
• 10+ years of experience in a financial services firm or bank, specifically with an audit or risk/control background.
• Proficiency in risk assessment, issue/impact analysis, and executive report preparation.
• Proven ability to lead audits, manage multiple projects, and work effectively within a matrix organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex issues to senior management.
• Ability to travel internationally (up to 10%) and adjust work timings to support global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
• Direct experience and exposure to Asset Management and/or Wealth Management business lines.
