Assessment Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of analytical frameworks to assess the effectiveness of outreach, communications, digital, and community engagement efforts.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), assessment methodologies, and analytical approaches aligned with mission priorities.
• Analyze assessment data to identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Synthesize findings into decision-ready products, including reports, briefings, dashboards, and leadership-level summaries.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to optimize outreach and engagement practices.
• Coordinate with program stakeholders to interpret findings and use outcomes to improve future engagement strategies.
• Maintain scientific responsibility for the development and maintenance of specialty assessment content and analytical standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Business, Data Analytics, Program Evaluation, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience using statistical software, data analysis tools, assessment methodologies, or program evaluation practices.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing assessment tools, KPIs, methodologies, and analytical frameworks.
• Proven ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and present findings in an actionable format.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting outreach, engagement, communications, digital, or government program assessment activities.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders to collect feedback and implement improvements based on assessment findings.
