About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic and mechanical products, including printed circuit boards and wire harnesses.
  • Interpret work orders, production routers, BOMs, and product manuals to perform duties.
  • Operate production equipment for assembly and perform intermediate tasks such as potting, cleaning, and epoxy bonding.
  • Utilize hand tools including screwdrivers, measuring devices, and crimping equipment.
  • Perform go-no-go testing and inspections to ensure parts meet production specifications and ISO9001 standards.
  • Manually position and align components using jigs, fixtures, or other holding devices.
  • Box and label products according to established standards.
  • Participate in team huddles, group projects, and one-on-one communications.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, diagrams, and memos.
  • Manual dexterity for small component assembly and high repetitive motion.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using decimals and fractions.
  • Ability to see fine details at close range.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, to meet production demands.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in electronics manufacturing.
