About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test radar electronic devices and accessories
  • Interface with Manufacturing/Test Engineers and Product Development Engineers to support production goals
  • Follow assembly, test, and rework documentation accurately
  • Perform tasks independently while contributing effectively to the team

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an electronics manufacturing and test environment
  • Associate degree in a technical field or formal electronics training (military or trade school)
  • Experience with the assembly and test of sensitive and delicate electronic devices
  • Proficiency with basic electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators, multimeters, and power supplies
  • Familiarity with ESD control program processes and materials
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move equipment up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • IPC soldering skills or certification
