Assembly & Test Tech - Level 3

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of electronic and mechanical components following detailed work instructions and blueprints
• Conduct functional and environmental testing on assemblies to verify performance and reliability
• Identify and document defects or issues, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve problems
• Maintain accurate records of test results and assembly processes
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all assembly and test activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in assembly and testing of electronic or electromechanical products in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of assembly techniques, soldering, wiring, and use of hand tools and test equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions accurately
• Experience with functional testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of test results
• U.S. Person status required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee status)

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in electronics or manufacturing preferred
• 3+ years of relevant assembly and test experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
