Assembly & Test Tech - Level 2

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test aerospace components and systems according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Perform functional testing and troubleshooting on complex electronic systems
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures, results, and modifications
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes and resolve technical issues
• Follow standardized work instructions to ensure product reliability and quality

Requirements

• College diploma in Electronics or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic assembly or manufacturing roles
• Eligibility for CGP (Controlled Goods Program) security clearance
• Proficiency with hand and power tools relevant to assembly tasks
• Strong testing and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an aerospace manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of board assembly processes and product process flow
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team to meet tight production deadlines
