About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, and fabrication operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly
- Operate hand tools, electrical tools, measuring equipment, and light equipment efficiently
- Maintain product inventory at assigned workstations to ensure continuous operations
- Perform quality work checks, identify product defects, and record findings for corrective action
- Rework or repair assembled equipment based on engineering specification changes
- Adhere to all quality standards, safety procedures, and maintain a clean work area
- Lift up to 25 lbs and work in a standing position for up to 10 hours per day
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- Vocational or technical education in a related discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant assembly or technical experience
- Ability to read and follow complex technical instructions and diagrams
- Proficiency with various hand and electrical tools
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by immigration regulations
