Assembly Technician X-Ray Components

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-assembly and assembly of various component groups, such as Z-axes, PC tubes, magnetic locks, and pumps.
• Calibrate, adjust, and align optical units using microscopes and testing devices.
• Manage the filling of X-ray baths with cooling oil, including venting and testing on specialized test stands.
• Conduct continuous run tests and visual inspections to ensure high-quality standards.
• Organize completed assemblies within the internal Kanban system.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Construction Mechanic, or a comparable technical profession.
• Proven professional experience in the manufacturing of complex mechanical assemblies.
• Proficiency in assembly and soldering techniques.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a deep mechanical understanding.
• A meticulous working style and a high sense of quality awareness.
