Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical systems including full vehicle structures, components, and sub-assemblies
• Read, interpret, and execute work orders
• Utilize hand tools such as screwdrivers and tweezers for precision assembly
• Work closely with leadership to ensure production quality

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years of experience with hand or power tools
• Ability to read work instructions
• Hands-on experience with mechanical assemblies
• Practical knowledge of safe work practices for specific tools
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Part-107 certification
• Experience flying drones FPV and line of sight
