Assembly Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform intricate assembly and integration of complex components into healthcare kiosks
• Collaborate with engineering and production leadership to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement
• Conduct thorough inspections and implement quality control measures to ensure product reliability
• Interpret technical specifications, diagrams, and instructions for precision assembly
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime
• Utilize specialized hand and power tools for component installation
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly involving complex systems
• Proficiency with specialized hand, power, and precision tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and mentoring
• Keen attention to detail and robust problem-solving abilities
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Flexibility to work varying hours and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical certification or vocational training in a related field
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques
