Assembly Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform precise manual assembly of datacenter-grade hardware, GPU servers, and electronic components.
• Strictly adhere to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling protocols to protect sensitive components.
• Conduct visual self-checks during assembly to ensure compliance with international hardware standards.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and technicians to maintain an efficient assembly line.
• Participate in advanced production training provided by the technical team to master assembly specifications.

Requirements

• Vocational High School Graduate (SMK) majoring in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong ability to read and execute highly technical, step-by-step work instructions.
• Familiarity with structural ESD handling tools and safe electronics assembly environments.
• Ability to work permanently on-site at the manufacturing facility in Batam, Indonesia.
• Highly trainable mindset with a focus on precision and meeting production targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior professional experience in high-end server assembly or PCB handling.
• Experience in high-precision electronics manufacturing lines.
• Familiarity with 5S workplace organizational methodologies.
