About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive line operations to assemble axles for Ford Bronco and Ranger products
- Maintain high quality standards and check finished products for faults or inconsistencies
- Follow all safety guidelines and advocate for safe practices among production staff
- Report machine, equipment, or safety malfunctions to the supervisor or team leader immediately
- Train and operate various workstations across the assembly line
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives following the Dana Operating System (DOS)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive assembly actions
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Strong teamwork skills and a good work history
Benefits
- Competitive hourly rates starting at $18.00
- Shift differentials available for 2nd ($0.50) and 3rd ($0.35) shifts
