Assembly Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive line operations to assemble axles for Ford Bronco and Ranger products
• Maintain high quality standards and check finished products for faults or inconsistencies
• Follow all safety guidelines and advocate for safe practices among production staff
• Report machine, equipment, or safety malfunctions to the supervisor or team leader immediately
• Train and operate various workstations across the assembly line
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives following the Dana Operating System (DOS)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive assembly actions
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Strong teamwork skills and a good work history
