About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, assemble, and fabricate products using basic hand tools and PPE, including drilling and tapping metal
  • Follow work instructions to assemble parts within allocated timeframes while meeting zero-defect quality standards
  • Complete Quality Check Sheets and photograph projects to maintain quality history
  • Package, palletize, and band products for shipment per packing requirements and procedures
  • Update the Team Status Board with work order status and communicate daily production issues
  • Load and unload delivery trucks and move material using pallet jack or forklift

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-2+ years of experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and blueprints
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8+ hours daily
  • Safety-sensitive position requiring participation in drug and alcohol programs and passing a background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to check and modify drawings as needed
  • Forklift experience
  • Proficiency with drills, impact drivers, torque wrenches, angle grinders, saws, and nail guns
  • Electro-mechanical experience
  • ISO 9001:2015 experience
