Responsibilities
- Consistently assemble products that meet quality standards
- Complete manufacturing orders in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed notes on each job
- Report scrap and waste
- Maintain an orderly workstation
- Follow safety guidelines
- Communicate production issues as they arise
- Take the initiative to stay up-to-date on production processes
- Complete other tasks as needed
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable using basic tools (screwdriver, drill, tape gun, etc.)
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift objects weighing 30 lbs frequently
- Excellent visual capability for soldering and assembly
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience soldering and assembling products
- Familiarity with 5S principles
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment
